PROSPECTUS
La quota di iscrizione è per l'alloggio condiviso da giovedì 21 a lunedì 25 mattina.
Ogni federazione deve pagare la tariffa di iscrizione completa per tutti i giocatori registrati entro il  20 marzo 2018 .

La quota include :
4 notti in camere da 1-3 letti
tutti i pasti (colazione, pranzo, cena)
acqua al torneo
tutte le tasse di partecipazione
premi / souvenir per ogni partecipante
Wifi gratis
piscina
3 campi da tennis
campo da pallavolo
campo da bocce (bocce)
mini golf
cancellazioni
Poiché l'ostello richiede il pagamento completo in anticipo, in caso di cancellazione delle iscrizioni ci dispiace dover applicare le seguenti penali:
Dopo il 20 marzo, verrà trattenuto il 10% della quota di iscrizione.
Dopo il 20 maggio, verrà trattenuto il 50% della quota di iscrizione.
Dopo il 10 giugno, verrà trattenuta la quota di iscrizione completa.
Se riusciamo a trovare un giocatore sostitutivo, verranno restituite le commissioni complete.

Fees
The entry fee is for shared accommodation from Thursday 21st evening to Monday 25th morning.
Each federation has to pay the complete entry fee for all registered players by 20th March 2018.
Please note that prices as stated below have not been finalised.
They indicate the maximum you may have to pay.
Indeed we are hoping to be able to obtain a lower quote.

4 nights in 1-3 bedded rooms

Please note that € 10 will go towards the ECC membership

Cancellations
As the hostel requires full payment in advance, in case of cancellation of entries we are sorry to have to apply the following penalties:
After 20th march, 10% of the entry fee will be retained.
After 20th may, 50% of the entry fee will be retained.
After 10th june, the full entry fee will be retained.
If we can find a replacement player, full fees will be returned. |

| Tutti gli intenzionati a partecipare agli europei dovrebbero anche indicare taglia T shirt, con chi preferirebbero dormire, veg/non veg e jpg o PDF del documento se non lo ho già |
