Arif Naqvi ed Elisa Zucchiatti dopo 17 anni alla guida dell'ECC hanno dato le dimissioni. Il nuovo presidente è l'inglese Nazrul Islam e il segretario lo svizzero Josef Meier. Horst rimane come tesoriere per un' altro anno. Da adesso in poi le cariche dureranno due anni e si potrà essere rieletti per soli due mandati consecutivi. Una vittoria per la democrazia!
