20 giocatori europei sono invitati e NON dovranno pagare nulla. Ne iscrizione ne albergo/cibo etc.
Ci sono anche bei premi in cash!
Allego la lettera di Jay con tutti i dettagli. Magari qualcuno ci fa un pensierino.......
1. Name of the Tournament - US Open Carrom Championship.
2. Place of the Tournament - Dallas, Texas (airport DFW or you can also try Love Field airport which is a smaller one).
3. We would like to invite and host as many players from Europe as possible.
4. We will provide Free boarding and lodging for 20 players from Europe alone. Also there will be no Entry fee for the 20 European players.
5. If more than 20 would like to attend then we can still allow them with no Entry fee but they will have to book their own Hotel accommodation. However we may declare a maximum allowed entries over and above 20 from Europe if that is necessary as we have a clear picture of participation from US and Canada.
6. Total of $11,000 prize money will be up for grab other than numerous trophies.
7. Out of the total prize money, $1,000 is earmarked for the best European player, of course they can win a additional of $3,000 as the champion and $2000 for doubles etc. in general.
8. We are trying to conduct this tournament on Green Boards (almost 100%) unless the manufacturer can not deliver as per our specification ..... in which case we will reserve our right to do it on new Precise or Synco boards.
Note1:- If there are more than 20 players willing to participate then .... I will let Elisa/You lead to decide how to mark the first 20 so that there is no confusion from my side for provisioning them with free entry fee, hotel etc.
Note2:- I would need an early confirmation of participation from each individual with their confirmed participation & travel plans so that we can fill in the open slots or plan for the budget elsewhere. Also we need them to be here at the Venue participating all three days.
Note3:- Return flights should be booked to Monday (21st) morning ..... we provide accommodation for 4 nights starting Thursday night to Sunday night.
